There are no predetermined classes where students move in groups according to a master schedule. Rather, teachers work together to arrange time for student instruction based on who needs it, when they need it, and how they best receive it.

Job Summary:

The Tech Support Coordinator is responsible for creating google accounts for new students, create documented processes as to how new student arrivals are communicated to the school. The tech support coordinator shall reset student purposes when needed, suspend student accounts when a student exits, and create a process for schools to notify the School Level Google Admin when a student exits the school. The Tech Support Coordinator will work closely PPHS Staff and PPHS Students.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • School Level Systems Admin
    • Operates as the school-level Google Administrator
    • Assist in enrollment and set up of accounts into a variety of learning platforms
    • Manage daily schedule adjustments
    • Manage daily data systems
    • Maintain accurate SIS records including end of cycle grade entry
  • School Level Tech Support
    • Provides basic tech support at the school level utilizing ticketing system
    • Tech Professional Development
    • Student and staff training
  • School Level Inventory Manager
    • Exchanging/Loaning and tracking Chromebooks for students utilizing asset management software
    • Collecting and marking damaged Chromebooks
    • Will be responsible to submit repair cost letters to students/families
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience working with high school age students in a non-traditional setting highly preferred Experience with data entry and management
  • Demonstrated success in working in a team environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Ability to relate to a diverse population
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly preferred
