To achieve our vision, we are searching for an ambitious Office Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)  and who ideally speaks Spanish along with proven organizational abilities and high attention to detail. 

Results over reasons

As an Office Manager, your primary responsibilities are to maintain a high standard of operational brilliance in the main office and create systems that maximize efficiency for students. With support from the Director of Operations, you will execute all daily and long-term school priorities connected to the main office, purchasing, inventory, and attendance systems while also engaging in short-term and long-term thinking on best operational practices using data and experience. 

Leading up to and throughout the year, you will assist with the management of vendors, especially in support of the student food service program and facilities renovations. You will also assist with student enrollment and student record maintenance throughout the year. At all times, you will work to strengthen relationships with students, families, and staff to foster a strong school community that is safe and welcoming. You are the epitome of great customer service.
