About the Role

Liberty Grove Schools is seeking a Front Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Executive Director, school administrators and to manage the school’s main office. The Front Office Assistant will assist students, parents, and staff, ensuring the support of a broad array of services. Must be able to work independently.


  • Supports the Executive Director with administrative duties
  • Greets all incoming visitors, enforcing building security procedures
  • Maintains student records and files, complying with school, state, and federal requirements
  • Oversees student attendance and late passes
  • Maintains the inventory of supplies and materials; submitting supply order forms as needed
  • Provide student enrollment assistance to students and parents
  • Performs general clerical functions, copying, faxing, preparation of newsletters, lunch menus, parent correspondence
  • Assists in field trip coordination, collecting forms and fees
  • Generate memos, emails, and reports when needed
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, submission of repair work orders
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


  • Minimum Associate Degree
  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
