POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for assisting and supporting the CEO by managing multiple office and school related tasks.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides professional and administrative support

  • Data Entry

  • Assisting the CEO with everyday tasks

  • Communication support via email or phone

  • Supply Ordering

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Strong with social media

  • Proficient with Google Suite or related software

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Maintains composure under pressure

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 1 year experience with office setting
