Invent Learning Hub is an innovative new approach to traditional public education. In the fall of 2019, ILH opened its doors to 100 elementary students who would become part of an experience-driven curriculum. Through our Design Thinking and Pathways courses, students learn the skills and mindsets needed for livable wage careers in the 21st century. These programs, combined with our rigorous math and ELA curriculum place our students on a path for success that they will carry on past their days at ILH.
Invent Learning Hub welcomes all candidates who believe that each child, no matter his or her circumstance, has the ability to meet and exceed expectations. We believe that classroom teachers are the biggest factor in the success of a school and in the lives of our students. Our goal is to provide an environment that supports our staff, while maintaining high expectations for professionalism and rigor. We are building an educational
environment where joy, challenge, and innovation intersect. We believe the cycle of generational poverty can be broken, and we believe it begins with us.
We are seeking a diverse, innovative, and inspiring set of classroom leaders that can balance the struggle of a rigorous curriculum with the passion for learning we hope to instill in our students. We believe that when interacting with students, staff, and our community, every staff member should model our core values: Human Centered, Collaboration, Professionalism, and High Expectations.
