Position Overview
As the critical driver of student success, the primary responsibility of a classroom teacher is to effectively instruct students and inspire young minds in a manner that supports pilotED’s
academic model of holistic education. pilotED teachers are accountable for students’ academic performance and will receive extensive coaching to ensure that all standards are
being met. In addition, teachers are expected to effectively manage classroom behavior while supporting the identity-driven climate and culture of the school. One teacher within
each grade-level will be established as a lead teacher (added responsibility/compensation). The classroom teacher reports directly to the School Principal with support from the Principal and Assistant Principal.
