What to Expect Before the Hiring Event:

    • Check your email for updates!
    • Visit our Job Openings page
    • Apply in advance for jobs to provide leaders with your information early!
    • Schools attending the Virtual Hiring events will be updated below. Check back often!
    • Provide your resume using the submission portal below. Your resume will be shared with school leaders across Our Schools.

What to Expect During the Virtual Hiring Event:

  • Download the Attendee FAQ document for specific directions (coming soon)
  • Open your email to login to the EDCOM HQ platform.
  • Visit the Networking area to see the full list of tables of schools ready to interview.
  • In Networking area, click on the Table of the school you are interested in connecting with. They will allow you in when they are free.
  • Is a room busy? That’s ok, go to another school and return back!
  • Candidates will not have a set interview schedule. Candidates should research schools in advance, monitor open rooms, and enter when available.

Best Practices in Virtual Interviewing

  • Anticipate each interview to be an ‘initial’ screen lasting between 8-12 minutes.
  • Plan to have a link to your resume that you can drop in the chat when you speak with a talent lead or school leader.
  • A list of attending schools can be found below. This list will be continually updated through Thurs. March 3 at 8am (Event #1) and Thurs. April 7 at 8am (Event #2).

  • Register for the virtual hiring event(s)
  • Research school job openings on the Teach Indy page
    • APPLY directly to schools you are interested in engaging with during the hiring event
  • Identify the schools you are hoping to engage with during the virtual hiring event. Schools who have RSVP’d are listed below.
